All bungalows are based on double occupany (Except for the 2 bedroom apartments in the new units (Based on 4 people occupany), each extra guest will pay 15 USD. Please check below to know the maximum occupany in each room.

Deposits
Deposits of 50 USD are required to reserve the room. Refunds of 100% will be given to cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancelled before 15 days. Cancellations made there after are non-refundable.

Prices are for the Nov 2011 - 2012 Seasons
Mid Season (Dec 1st - April 30th 2011/12) - Low season (May 1 - Nov 30th 2012)
This November 2011 now has low season pricing.
Discounts
Discounts for Mid season is 10% for 2 weeks and 20% for 28 days or more. . Low season we still over a 15% discount for 2 weeks and 30% for 28 days or more.
Prices are based on 2 adults exept for room 5 which is based on four adults. Extra adult guest are 10 usd per person extra till maxium number of guest per room.
